Coffee fuels companionship.

We've always loved loved how a steaming cup creates space for connection—with family, a close friend, a good book.

For us, the simple ritual of sharing a morning cup sparked a calling rooted in family and connection. We began in 2015, roasting small batches at home before opening our first roastery on a farm outside Lancaster, where the name Fat Cow Coffee Roasters honored the hard work and heritage of our community. As we grew, so did our vision, leading us to rebrand in 2024 as Trolley Line Coffee—paying tribute to the historic trolley that once linked neighbors and towns across Lancaster. That same year, we opened our café in a restored trolley station in Salunga, creating a place where people can gather, slow down, and feel at home. Through every chapter, our purpose has stayed the same: to roast coffee that brings people together.

We pour our heart and soul into every cup.

We know how many hands helped ready the beans for our roasting room, and we do our very best to honor that work. That means being as choosy as anyone when it comes to freshness, roasting, and brewing. And it means cultivating community close to home through a coffeehouse everyone can call their own.
